  Dr. Scott Horowitz   Nighttime Virtual IOP   11/19/26 (Day 1) 6-9pm 6-7pm- Introductions  Dr. H Dr. Scott Horowitz recently relocated from Brooklyn, New York t o Roswell, Georgia after retiring from a 25-year career of dedicated service in education, Dr. Scott Horowitz made a profound impact as a school principal, English teacher, athletic director, as well as a football, basketball, and track and field coach. Dr. Horowitz earned his BA in English/Education while playing Division II. Football and a master’s degree in Intervention/ Educational/ Administration/Supervision. He received his Doctorate from NORTHCENTRAL University in 2015. Dr. Horowitz is deeply passionate about his long-term recovery and in his retirement, he is the co-owner / Director of Community Outreach for a very successful Recovery Residence here in Metro Atlanta and now serving in the capacity of Primary Therapist for Rise Recovery Atlanta .
